Located at Joseph-Dahlem-Straße 11, 93049 Regensburg, JOHN REED Fitness Regensburg operates as a fitnessstudio serving Regensburg in Bayern. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as fitnessstudio, fitnessprogramm, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

For beauty and wellness businesses, it is worth asking how long the treatment takes, whether the quoted price includes VAT and what the cancellation policy is. Popular slots fill quickly, so book early. German saunas and thermal baths have their own etiquette: most sauna areas are textile-free (no swimwear), you sit on your towel, you shower before every session, and the Aufguss, the attendant's steam ritual, runs to a posted timetable.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. Typical hours are 6 am–11 pm. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach JOHN REED Fitness Regensburg on 0941 29857953; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions, and many businesses also take enquiries and bookings by e-mail or WhatsApp. Its website is johnreed.fitness, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Its Google rating is 4.1 out of 5 from 1,019 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect before you commit to a visit.

Regensburg is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in Regensburg, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.
