I took a toefl test at this place. The entrance to the test room is hard to find. There are more than one entrance to the ISM building, and the door facing the street with number 2 is the right one. Push the black button with a sign of key, which locates at the buttom of doorbell screen. After getting into the building, turn left, and you can see a room full of computers with headphones. The keyboard is German keyboard, but the installed print system has been changed into English layout. However, I still have to take some time to find where is the location of "-" or '. The headsets can't prevent all the sound, especially when someone starts the speaking section, the listening section is badly affected. People there are nice and friendly.

Just took my TOEFL test here, and I must say that the earlier reviews are quite biased. The staff was very polite and informative. Although the keyboards are in German and you are forced to type on an English layout, they give you a keyboard map which is easy to understand. The only downside is the size of the room. About 30 seating place and each computer is side by side. If the auditorium is full, it can get hellish pretty quickly when the speaking section begins. My earphones unfortunately did not isolate the outside noise well and in the beginning it was very distractive. But I must say that you get used to it fairly quickly. So perhaps a suggestion would be to invest in higher quality headsets if you’re going to be saving on examination space. Overall, a pretty good experience.

MBA batch of 2021-22. Had a seamless joining with Nina as my point of contact. All the professors are approachable and from the industry. They keep up and adapt to all trends in the industry (e.g. We were allowed to use chat gpt with guidelines for our research. ) I've had a very good experience with my course here.

I have applied for this business school last summer. I was invited to the entrance test. The test was very long, consisted of many parts. After some days I received a letter that said that I failed every single part of the test. Of course, I was wondering where I have made the mistakes and I asked them to show me my work (during the meeting I was told that I have a right to see my work). When I came to ISM to see my mistakes, the people were extremely unfriendly!! Their behavior was very rude. I was insisting on seeing my work but they still did not show it to me, so I went away from there and I will never come back!
