We contacted Mr. Jan-Marc Krafczyk from Interhyp for the financing of a property purchase, and we are really happy we did so. Mr. Krafczyk helped us through all the steps of the process: several meetings for discussing financing options, always available for answering our questions via email and over the phone as well, finding the most suitable loan offer for us, maintaining contact with the bank, and even offering help after receiving the financing approval, all this in English as well. Very good experience! Beginning from the call I took while driving back home from work to figure out a appointment in short notice, to the actual appointment. I got very competent and great help from Mr. Krafczyk who was throught the whole time friendly, respectful and helpful. From the moment I met Mr. Krafczyk I felt I was in good hands and secure. We talked about all the possibilities and figured out a couple of very good solutions for us. Also got some answers about certain things like, what to be aware of and what to look out for.
