VERY DISAPPOINTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN CENTER OF MUNICH !!! I first contacted this agency on April 14 by email, followed up again on April 16, and also sent multiple inquiries through ImmoScout24 regarding different commercial locations in Munich. I never received any proper response. I also tried contacting them several times by phone and WhatsApp. WhatsApp messages and calls were completely ignored. Every time I called the office, I was told: “We are only 3 people and cannot answer everyone, you have to come to the office.” Today, after almost one month of trying to communicate professionally, I personally visited their office because I am actively searching for a gastronomy/retail location in Munich and planning a serious investment. I spoke politely with a man in the office who appeared to be the owner or director. I explained the communication issues and asked if we could briefly discuss my interest. He told me he was leaving at that moment and asked me to come back at 16:30. I returned at 16:20 exactly as requested. The office was completely closed. I called him four times — no answer at all. They are professionals, who consulted us about the target group and prices, organized the advertising, combed through all applicants, proposed to us the shortlist, and consulted us for the final selection and contract negotiations and signature. Their post-sale service is as good as their pre-sales service, as they were instrumental in some cases which came out.
