Ich bin mit der Beratung und Betreuung durch Timo Haßelmann von Hypofakt AG äußerst zufrieden. Er ist sehr kompetent, geduldig und zuverlässig. Besonders schätze ich, dass er alles verständlich und ruhig erklärt, auch komplexe Themen der Finanzierung. Er achtet auf viele wichtige Details, sucht immer nach der besten Lösung und ist fast immer persönlich erreichbar, was heutzutage selten ist. Man merkt, dass er seine Arbeit mit Verantwortung und großem Engagement macht. Ich kann ihn und Hypofakt AG uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Auf der Suche nach einer geeigneten Baufinanzierung haben wir mit einigen Finanzierungsberatern gesprochen. Frau Robitzer von der Hypofact hat uns direkt mit ihrer sehr kompetenten Art überzeugt, außerdem ist sie sehr flexibel auf unsere Wünsche und wechselnden Vorstellungen eingegangen. Die Beratung erfolgte unkompliziert per Videochat, Mail und Telefon, sodass die Entfernung von Thüringen nach Berlin überhaupt kein Problem war. Auch für "Anfänger" können wir die Hypofact wärmstens empfehlen, da die Begriffe und unterschiedlichen Möglichkeiten gut erklärt werden. Abgesehen davon haben wir von der Hypofact auch das beste Angebot erhalten und sind sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl unserer Finanzierung. Die Darlehensvermittlung war unkompliziert, die Hypofact hat nach der Zusendung der notwendigen Dokumente alles Weitere organisiert und der Vertrag war kurze Zeit später unterschrieben.
