We had recently gotten a rescued a dog who was very shy and frightened. Her fur was badly tangled and full of knots. Ilona completely transformed her, and she did it all with patience and care. Our dog felt comfortable, relaxed, and happy throughout the grooming session. The best part was seeing her come home happy, relaxed, and confident. It was clear that she had been treated with kindness and genuine care. Ilona truly loves dogs, and it shows in her work. I highly recommend her services. She has officially become our dog's groomer! Thank you, Ilona! 😊

As a business owner (and a women) I hate having to write a review but I feel this is necessary. After more than a week of trying to contact the business (they hardly answer calls or WhatsApp), we finally made an appointment, which in itself was more complicated than it should have been. Before the appointment we give our dog a relaxing medication to make it easier for everyone. One hour before the appointment we were called that they did not have water and could not take us. The dog was already medicated and we offered for them to come to our home or for us to wash the dog and bring her for just the cut. None of these options worked for them and we were told we could come the next day. The next day we called, texted and nothing. So, I went to the location and saw and heard someone in the store, rang the bell, knocked on the door to find out when we could come. They did not answer. Still 2 days later never returned a call, text. Incredibly rude, immature and clearly don't care about dogs let alone their business. It is shocking the reviews that they have, almost unbelievable. Unbelievable also that you didnt know you were not going to have water for a whole day until an hour before

It was my first time getting my dog groomed here in Germany, and I’m so glad I found Ilona! She was super kind and made sure my dog looked amazing afterward. Easy communication and scheduling too. You can really feel she loves dogs. Definitely coming back! 🐶✨

We are very very happy with Ilona. She always takes good care of our dog and provides a fantastic service. His first time ever experience was a total pleasure and he happily goes back for his now regular appointments. Definitely recommended!

Ilona did a great job with our newly adopted dog. We drove in straight from the animal shelter, where the dog was obviously not well maintained. Ilona patiently trimmed his coat, washed him and treated with utmost love.
