I would like to thank Mr Tobias Theissig for his services. Coming from India, it was a bit difficult to understand the conditions, rules, and policies of house loan in Deutschland, Hr Theissig helped to clarify many questions, financial situation, chances of getting loan etc, with a lot of patience. He also helped in communicating with other parties. It was a very smooth process. Hr Tobias contacts and coordination with Banks is very good, he provided the best offer, of course he struggled a lot, speaking to several banks to get the best. I may keep postponing my plan to purchase a property, if I have not met Hr Theissig. I really Thank Theissig for his help and support.

Very satisfied with the consulting of Mr. Reischhofer! Communication and making appointments went well, good response time and answered all the open questions. (Even questions not directly related to financing) Transparent checklist about relevant and required documents provided, which was very helpful. He is aware of the whole process, brief overview about timeline also explained. He gave a clear overview about financing possibilities and gathered excellent offers from banks. He participated when closing contract with bank in case we have some further questions. (It was also a nice gesture to be with us and support during this moment) All in all I can absolutely recommend him!
