Loved being there but the chasier at that moment coudnt speak english to save his life. I ordered a drink and a cookie. I received a random drink. That i hated too. Becuase of how bad his english was , i must atmid i was to scared to go up and ask for my actuall order. On a positive note the staff looked nice (and probably where). There was nice looking merch and the walls full of drawings where fun to look at. (Might wanna refill the tape tho). Overall the atmosphere was nice. Seeing some people sit there in full cosplay was amezing. I had a great time just wish the staff spoke a bit better english,

The drinks are good. The price is reasonable. The merchandise is good, but with small varieties. They change it according to the banners/events, so sometimes it's hard to find the "old" one. Qualities are good as well!

I was super excited to visit the Hoyocafe while in Berlin but it mostly felt like a wasted opportunity! So many things you could do around the theme and to make it fun and engaging for the Hoyo fans visiting. First - food/cakes on offer. For the love of God, Genshin has loads of recipes to pick from. It would have been soooo easy to have cakes/dishes and name them like something from the games! You don't even need to follow the recipe. Second - the gaming area was a great idea, but the maps were hardly opened (someone should spend a bit of time to grind archon quests to open the map). Also co-op should be encouraged to make it more of an irl experience. Third - what I love the most was the wonderful artworks and display wall done by the fans. It was lovely to see these!!! But, I also felt it could enjoy a larger place, for example art supplies and image albumbs to copy could be on display etc. And in general more emphasis on this area. I am not a marketing person but I felt there is so much more you could have done with the concept! Last but not least. There was no queue but the service was super slow. The cakes tasted lovely though!

it was amazing!! Nice workers, good food/drinks and lots of merch. Also had some freebies!! It had a place where you could play some hoyoverse games and draw stuff :3

I was there once when there wasn’t an event, and then also once when there was an event. With the event, it was quite full but we got lucky to get a table! The atmosphere was so cool and I felt safe, as there were also many people that play genshin impact and I could interview with some people. We did buy a lot, so it was very expensive but we got double the amount of goodies!!
