So I showed up yesterday shortly after they opened. It took them about 5 mins. To get through the people ahead of me, which was absolutely no big deal whatsoever, and then Jenny asked me what I needed. I told her, I had a problem with my recently pierced ear, as it seems the stud was essentially disappearing, due to the ball being too small. She quickly wisked me into her working space, examined my ear and said, no problem. Let me go get my tools and let's get to it. She extracted the sunken in stud, cleaned it up and replaced the earring with a much better one, she advised me on the treatment, had an incredibly professional manner and was as sweet as they come. I loved the fact that I could walk in, get it taken care of and get back out of there in like ... 20 mins. Such a clean, interesting and fun place to visit. I can't recommend House Of Pain enough. They are a long running, deeply connected part of my story in the Würzburg area, going all the way back to their roots in Kitzingen with Mark and his wife's shop. So it was a no brainer to go there first, and I will return for new ink, consultation and any other issue like the one I had. Thanks Jenny and Thanks House Of P

Awesome experience here for piercings, I got 3: rook and 2 in lobe, also upgraded my helix earring 🤩 I was impressed from the start with easy appointment, clear explanation of the healing/care process, and digital agreement on iPad. The space is really cool too. The focus on hygiene, care and handling was exceptional. Now we get to Jenni, who is the best piercer! She explained everything, always checked in and did such an amazing job. Highly recommend it here, you’ll be really happy 🥳 thank you so much and I can’t wait to be back once I’ve figured out what to get next!

They were very nice, helpful and easy to communicate. We decided on the tattoo placement together and this was the least painful tattoo I got even though it is filled (i was almost falling asleep at one point). They gifted me tattoo cream because I waited an extra 15 minutes ♡

I am very happy with the appointment. I needed a belly button piercing. The girl helped me choose an earring and supported me with kind words. I definitely recommend this place. If I want another piercing or tattoo, I will come here.

Very polite,friendly professional staff, clean work place and hygienic care is at top. Very satisfied with my new Tattoo, i would definitely recommend it.
