First time was great, I booked for Rami and got what I wanted. The second time however, although I still booked for Rami, there was already a person he was working on, so they assigned me to Abdl. Although I insisted I booked with Rami and showed them the E-mail confirmation, Rami just outright lied and said "It didn't show on his system" , clearly because he already took another person instead of keeping schedule, or was delaying the person beforehand. Abdl was fine, but didn't speak either German or English so it was hard to communicate with him. I had to give him explicit instructions and show him photos so as to make sure I got the result I wanted. It turned out fine, but the haircut was 45 minutes instead of 30 and the last 15 minutes he was very rough because he was under time pressure and subsequently made compromises, like how one side is faded a bit different than the other, which for 45 euros is unacceptable. I also had to ask him explicitly to wash my hair before I went otherwise he wouldn't have. The haircut turned out about fine, although with several flaws, but the organization was disastrous and frankly disappointing because I left with good impression the first time

Upd: the owner is continuously trying to get the review deleted. Speaks for itself, doesn’t it? I had an appointment here on 23rd of December. Came on time and waited for 30 minutes, then I left. The staff did not explain anything and I had to go because I had another appointment. No service -> 1 star

I highly recommend this place, they're really professional and never fail to impress you with any hairstyle you choose. Best shop in Munich for fades & other hairstyles!

At first we were not happy as we were right on time for the appointment and they were late and didn’t even addressed that. But I must admit, it was a great experience, even for me as I was waiting for my boyfriend. They are so attentive, and they take such meticulous care of your description plus wishes, not to mention, the amount of time, equipment, and focus was exceptional. In the end was worth the wait time. Very very happy with the outcome, the fade was perfect at all levels.
