München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around München is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

I had a pleasant consultation with Sascha Allwein. He is very patient, explained everything clearly and took the time to understand what was important for my family. No pressure at all, just honest advice and a focus on long-term security for my kids and family. The process for both the insurance and the children's investment was smooth. All documents were explained well and I felt supported the whole time. It’s reassuring to know we now have coverage and are also building something for the children’s future. I can fully recommend Horbach.
