I’ve been a member of Holmes Place Hasenheide in Neukölln for quite a long time, and there are still many things I genuinely like about this club. The high ceilings and spacious layout make it feel much more open than many other gyms, and having a pool, sauna and steam room is a real advantage. However, especially over the past two years, there have been more and more problems. The club often feels overcrowded, and technical issues with the facilities have become too frequent. The sauna or steam room can sometimes be out of service for weeks, and the pool has repeatedly been closed for longer periods, particularly during the summer. The toilets also need more attention. There are recurring maintenance problems, the smell can be quite strong, and the ventilation should be significantly better. Considering the membership price, I think the overall standard of maintenance and reliability should be noticeably higher. On the positive side, some of the staff really contribute to making the experience better. Pepe in particular has always been extremely friendly, professional and helpful. He is approachable, takes the time to listen when you have a question or a problem, and genuinely

Really great gym! They have very good machines, a beautiful spa area, and a friendly and helpful team. Special thanks to the personal trainer Pepe, who was extremely helpful and supportive when I had an issue there. He handled the situation really well and made sure everything was sorted out. I really enjoy training here and can definitely recommend it!

My favourite HP gym in Berlin. The amenities are great and I particularly love the service here. Pepe the gym manager is very welcoming, always willing to help and very friendly 😊 You can really see the effort they put into the gym, its members and the positive experience they want to provide. Fantastic manager who is attentive, approachable, professional and keeps everything running smoothly. Thank you for making every gym session a good one with your amazing energy. Highly recommend!

Holmes place is one of the best gyms in the city, not only gains in amplitude, cleanliness and diversity and quantity of machines and activities, but also wins for its workers. They are always attentive to cover and attend to the needs of the users, in addition to getting a few smiles. Everyone is very nice and friendly, but Pepe especially highlighted the Spaniard who has been the cause of my smiles. I would go back and recommend it without a doubt.

I've had a great experience at Holmes Place. The club is clean, well-equipped, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to Ali and Mila at the front desk—they're always incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. They greet everyone with a smile and make every visit a pleasant experience. Their positive attitude really stands out and makes you feel valued as a member. Highly recommend!
