Very long waiting for everything, they are over staffed and under worked. Won’t recommend it, if you have an alternative place to go is better.

I had a surgery (Septumdeviation +Nasenmuschelhyperplasie beidseits) in January 2026. My experience with @Station 100 and from the whole HNO team has been great! I am really glad I did it there! The staff is very professional, multilingual, and cares for its patients.

I m a urologist working abroad, based on recommendations from my colleagues in Germany , i presented my case at the ENT department University of Erlangen , underwent a revision Tympanoplatic , everything was excellent , Prof Iro and all his staff were very friendly and competent , would like to say special thanks to Prof. Hornung ENT for his professional kind care and to the anasthesia team esp dr. Schmitt and his assistant doctor for their excellent care Thanks to them i m feeling much better now and keeping follow up by them

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. I have never before been treated with such kindness, care, and competence by EVERY person in a clinic or hospital. From the receptionist to the cleaning crew, every single person I came in contact with was top notch. Even my night nurses were gloriously kind and patient, and in my experience, the night nurses are typically the grumpiest. The interns were knowledgeable, patient, and kind, and the surgeon… In the U.S., surgeons have a reputation for being cold, uncaring butchers, but the one I had here truly cared about me and my needs. He did everything he could to make me comfortable. For such a painful experience, I couldn’t have asked for better support. I truly wish I could do something more for the workers than just write a measly review. They deserve so much more. I 100% recommend this clinic! You won’t get better care anywhere else. MY ONE COMPLAINT: Smokers are allowed to smoke directly in front of the building. Every place you go in the clinic except the actual wards smell strong of cigarette smoke. I even went upstairs and downstairs to try and escape the awful stench, but it isn’t possible. What a maddeningly ridiculous

I can summarize my experience here with: “If I know that everyone in this hospital is very carful to make my surgery as easy possible, I would have decided to make it earlier.” Thanks for all amazing people who worked so hard to deliver such amazing care. A huge thanks for all the doctors,nurses, the wonderful hospitality services staff, and a special thanks for those who made an efficient effort managing this place.
