About Hindinger Immobilien

Located at Pfeuferstraße 42/ Rgb, 81373 München-Sendling, Hindinger Immobilien operates as an immobilienmakler serving München in Bayern. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Google also lists it under immobilienberater, immobilienvermittlung, which is worth knowing if you are comparing several options in the area.

Property decisions carry more risk than most purchases, so read the contract carefully; for a purchase the notary (Notar) certifies it. German rental listings quote Kaltmiete (rent without utilities) and Warmmiete (rent plus Nebenkosten such as heating and water); the deposit (Kaution) is capped at three months' cold rent, and for rentals the landlord pays the agent under the Bestellerprinzip. Visit at different times of day to judge noise and light, and register your new address at the Bürgeramt (Anmeldung) after moving in.

Opening hours have not been published for this listing yet. Most businesses of this type in München keep standard hours, but call ahead to be sure, especially on the weekly Ruhetag, on Sundays and over the Christmas and Easter holidays. The listed phone number is 0172 8509007. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak.

Customers rate it 4.6 out of 5 on Google across 52 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded immobilienmakler & hausverwaltungen in München.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Super angenehme, offene und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Hr.

Do not be fooled by the cute dog in the photo, this is the new Johnny Depp. Absolutely unprofessional!!! They also ignore applicants. I will never use their services again, no matter the price because they are simply wasting your time and it is not worth it.

I've had a spectacular experience on both personal and professional level with Mr. Hindinger. In a few days he helped me get what I've been pursuing for 2 years! He is incredibly competent, professional, reliable, funny and very empathetic. If you've been looking for an apartment in Munich you know how inhumane the whole process could be, and for all other agents I've met, you're just a name on a long list of hundreds of applicants.. my experience with Mr. Hindinger was entirely the opposite. He is very well aware of the property he is presenting, he listens intently and helps wherever he can with other available options even if he didn't need to. Even though I wasn't very specific in telling him what I am looking for, he found me exactly what I'd wanted in terms of location, price and interior. Thanks again!
