For a place to eat or drink in Germany, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open today (many restaurants keep a weekly Ruhetag), does it take reservations for dinner, and does the menu suit your group. Tipping is modest, rounding up or adding 5-10% when you pay, and while cards are accepted in most places, cash is still the safe choice at bakeries, Imbiss stands and beer gardens. Tap water is not served automatically, and bottles you take away carry a Pfand deposit.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. Typical hours are 12–10 pm. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is 030 41407768. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. More information is available on its website, hieuharestaurant.de.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.7 out of 5 from 126 reviews, which is a strong result for a chinesisch in Berlin and suggests consistent service.
Berlin is in the state of Berlin, the capital and largest city of Germany; summers are warm, winters grey and cold with occasional snow, and the dense U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus network puts most businesses within a few minutes' walk of a stop. Getting around Berlin is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Berlin and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

Amazing experience! Super cute nice and serviceable staff, always there attending customers. Even received a generous discount for bday celebration, although the overall menu being generous already ☺️. Outdoor seating is also super calm, spacious and ambient.

Very good Pho served in the authentic way with Vietnamese basil ( húng quế ), fresh chilli, bean sprouts and lime on the side....why can't more Vietnamese restaurants in Berlin do it this way..so well done to the restaurant owner for doing it 👏🏻👏🏻. One tip: as the Pho soup is made for vegans as well they don't ask fish sauce so ask for some fish sauce on the side. Owner super super nice and friendly and appreciative of your custom. Recommended!

The food tasted delicious, we took Pad Thai with tofu and chicken with peanut curry. The portions were generous. They also have a vast selection of drinks and interesting deserts. The personal was friendly.
