I went here this morning for a haircut, specifically because I read the positive reviews and from the online presence the atmosphere appeared friendly. Unfortunately my experience was not as good. My appointment was at 9:30 and I had to walk a bit, so I arrived at 09:36. I assume thats why the lady was grumpy at me in the first place and spoke German to my Dutch husband to tell me hurry but that’s not important. I sat down and explained what was needed. Important are my bangs and the front being symmetrical/tidy with just a little bit layers added overall to have a freshly cut, nice, healthy look. And this is the result. Rather than a fresh, tidy look, I look like I had a breakdown and cut my own hair. The layers which are framing my face are in different lenghts, the overall look is very messy now. I went there with my natural, long hair which I am very careful with and when she asked me how do I like the cut she did, I had to say “good” to figure out what really happened to me properly later because If I say “I don’t know if I like it” It means getting more cut. Always happy with my results! Staff is young and everybody is friendly. It's been my standard hairdresser for quite a whole now. They just get me. Lisa is my hairdresser, and she's amazing. :)
