Everything was great, they quickly gave the car back, told everything and also accepted back. The staff is nice. Thank you for the good impression

We have been ripped off by this company after paying extra as a bond and being told of a big cost if leaving the car below full of petrol we made sure we filled the car up. Once we had left Germany they took our money and claimed the fuel was not filled up. Even after showing receipts for filling the car up at a petrol station just around the corner of the Hertz depot in Augsburg. This was a straight out rip,off and probably happens right across all Hertz Germany do not use Hertz in Germany as they are not doing business ethically at all.

Told me everything was fine with the car then I received a bill for damage which is evidently there before I rented the car and was smaller than thier own definition of chargeable damage.
