Over the moon when I found out that Herspace is in Pasing. Since I live alil outside the city center this location works really well with me. They offer a variety of classes from yoga to pilates to reformer pilates and they have a wellness studio too! The staff are welcoming and friendly. And if I’m going to recommend a class its Tina A./Andreea for Barre classes and Sibel/Sartika/Britta for reformat. Very lovely ladies. :)

It was my first time today at Herspace Pasing, I came for Bryonys Strong Vinyasa Class. I absolutely loved it. It felt very authentic and special because Bryony brings her harmonium and we chant together at the beginning and at the end of each session. This creates such a beautiful and inspiring atmosphere that you don’t find in other classes. Bryony integrates physical practice with mindfulness. The guidance is clear, the energy is supportive, and after the class I am feeling stronger and more centered. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a genuine and inspiring yoga experience.

This place is absolutely amazing, my number one spot here in Munich! 🌟 I’ve discovered so many incredible classes, from ballet blended with Pilates, to a mix of boxing and Pilates, and the Candlelight Yoga, which is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The reception team and all the girls here are amazing, and the teacher, Sofia K. and Ekaterina G, are simply wonderful. I love this place so much that I don’t just go every week, I also recommend it to all my friends 👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏽. It’s not just a workout, it’s an experience that makes you feel energized, strong, and happy every time. Truly one of the best things I’ve ever done, and I can’t imagine my week without 🥹
