Overall experience with Heldin was excellent. The team was very punctual on both the moving and unloading days, arriving precisely at the agreed times. Most importantly, all of our belongings were transported without any damage.

I compared to 3 different companies for transporting 20 boxes to my new apartment. HeldinTrans was the first one to send a quotation, they had the best price and the fastest service. The team was punctual and professional. I can totally recommend them!

Smooth, on time, and professional. Loading and unloading were faster than expected, and they handled my belongings with great care. A clear survey played a big role in the success of the move (the estimated number of boxes was accurate, and the crew size was just right). I only hired loading, transportation, and unloading; packing and unassembly were not part of the service I contracted. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend them!

We were moving our boxes from Berlin to Frankfurt. And there was a slight misunderstanding on the date of moving. But they really went out of their way to help us. They rescheduled the time of our move and we got our boxes same day evening. Very reliable. And there will be no communication issue as they reply back to every email and answers your phone call at once. I’m definitely going to recommend Heidi to my friends for their services. Really happy and grateful
