The dermatologists and assistants are all friendly and competent. Although strong emphasis is laid on cosmetic dermatology, they still treat classical skin disorders like actinic keratosis, eczema, or psoriasis competently and with respect for the patients mental state and needs. Many skin disorders create stress for men and woman and an understanding of these factors is fundamental to holistic patient care. This they do very well.

Wenn man über Doclib einen Termin als Privatpatient vereinbaren möchte, ist das kein Problem. Aber wer als gesetzlich versicherter Neupatient einen Termin vereinbaren möchte, erhält die Mitteilung, dass Termine nur an Selbstzahler vergeben werden. Wenn ein Arzt nur privat behandeln möchte, dann dies auch bitte von Vornherein entsprechend kommunizieren. Und wenn gesetzliche Patienten nicht aufgenommen werden, dann das auch klar kommunizieren. Laut Praxisbeschreibung werden ja sowohl privat als auch gesetzlich Versicherte behandelt. Das ist wohl nicht der Fall.

The receptionist don’t smile and are a bit rude, especially the one receptionist that is featured on their instagram page. Overall the doctors there are wonderful, very knowledgeable, and do an amazing job! Just wish they could give their receptionist some hospitality training.

First impression is that place looks beautiful and clean. Waiting time is 30 sec. I was there 3 times and I even haven’t seen waiting room. Really fast and for this I give 5 ⭐️. Doctor is really smart looking woman, dedicated to her work. We haven’t agreed over my first therapy, it was Retinol medicaments. I am 35 y.o. and still suffering from Akne and still looking for best skin treatment. I have lots of experience too. I was really happy to see that doctor isn’t money oriented. She could offer me some expensive solutions at first but she was professional. But Retinol is too strong for me so I refuse it and she was understanding and gave me another option. Skinceuticals products and facial treatment. Nice. I have PCOS and it means some unwanted hair on my face and body. I did lots if treatments in last 15 years but some hairs don’t respond. Do all in all I have no more than 14 hairs on my face and I still give money to see them gone! I expect stuff in this praxis to have more understanding for me. When I was making appointment girl at desk was really behaving rude. In manner that my heirs are there because of my man hormone?!? Like it is mystery. I felt uncomfortable but since my
