7 Monate auf einen Termin gewartet, der dann 3 Tage vorher ersatzlos von der Praxis gestrichen wurde. So geht das nicht.

Man bekommt einen Termin, was bei Hautärzten ja mittlerweile schwierig ist und Dinge wie Allergietest funktionieren auch sehr gut und zeitnah. Leider hat die Praxis aktuell noch keine Telefon-Warteschlange o.ä., weshalb man damit rechnen muss mehrfach anrufen zu müssen in der Hoffnung dass es gerade nicht besetzt ist. Das soll sich aber wohl demnächst ändern

Eigentlich möchte ich keinen Stern vergeben, da der Besuch in dieser Hautarztpraxis sehr enttäuschend für meinem Sohn ausgefallen ist. Der Termin war für eine kleine Operation /Hautstanze vereinbart worden, jedoch nur eine Hautkrebsvorsorge gemacht, die überhaupt nicht vereinbart wurde. Nach dieser Untersuchung meinte Fr Dr Konrad er sei jetzt fertig,mein Sohn entgegnete, was nun mit der kl. OP wäre. Ja das gehe heute nicht mehr. Mein Sohn völlig aufgelöst, da der Termin wochenlang geplant war (berufstätig in München und damit auch Sportpause klappt). Ich rief am nächsten Tag in der Praxis an, ließ mir die Dame geben, die mir den Termin vereinbart hatte. Diese speißte mich erstmal damit ab, dass mein Sohn den Termin falsch vereinbart hätte... Dies mit Sicherheit nicht ☝️, da von langer Hand geplant..Dann doch wohl Missverständnis ihrerseits eingestanden und entschuldigt. Etwas entgegenkommen wäre schön gewesen, died dann doch noch mit anzuhängen... Warte bis heute noch auf einen Rückruf von der Ärztin (Termin war Ende November😟). Auf jedenfall wird mein Sohn diese Praxis nicht mehr besuchen.

Kurzfristige Terminierung als vermeindlich dringender Fall (V.a.Basaliom am Haaransatz) durch meinen Hausarzt. Stellte sich vor Ort nach kurzer Untersuchung durch Dr. Eggert gottlob als harmloser Altersfleck heraus. Der Arzt führte dann, quasi als Extra, gleich noch ein komplettes Hautscreening bei mir durch. Freundlicher, sympathischer und offensichtlich kompetenter Mann mit Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe. Schneller und unkomplizierter Ablauf der gesamten Untersuchung, aus meiner Sicht uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Bin schon viele Jahre da, bin immer sehr sehr gut behandelt und beraten worden. Op' s waren alle super. Ärzte und Personal sehr gut, hilfsbereit und immer sehr freundlich und kompetent. Ich kann die Praxis auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen.
