After consideration, I have decided to change my family doctor. Over the past month, I felt that my ongoing symptoms were not explored as thoroughly as I had expected by Dr Münchmeyer, which unfortunately reflects my general experience during previous visits as well. In past two years , I just went there four times and every time got disappointed , she was always in rush and didn’t have much time to listen to me. On a positive note, I highly appreciate Dr. Elvira Plogsties. She treated me once, and her attentive attitude and expertise were excellent in resolving my health issue at the time.

I absolutely love my hausarzt. They are always kind and smiling towards me. Dr.Jessica is always full of energy and enthusiasm. She always smile at everyone and that gives me new hope every time I see her. Keep the good work!!

I went for a Covid vaccine and had a really nice experience. A student doctor did my vaccination and she was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was fluent in English, which I had to switch to to ask some questions. The front office people were great too. Thank you all :)

Went to see Frau Dr. Münchmeyer for my COVID-19 vaccination. Very easy process but she made sure that I understood the vaccine, its potential side-effects, and I left feeling like I better understood COVID. Plus, as I'm a native English speaker, it was reassuring to speak English about such important matters. Very highly recommended. Because there are so many English-speaking residents, working at Puma or Adidas, this is an excellent doctor to visit and feel comfortable and well-treated. Thanks!!

I’m super happy with both doctors. Both doctors are very lovely and very knowledgeable. Also, I got an appointment last minute and the consultation was possible in English which made it easier for me.
