I honestly don’t understand how this practice has such a high rating. My experience has been consistently frustrating and disappointing. Every time I have an appointment, I end up waiting at least an hour in a completely full waiting room. At the same time, the website claims they are accepting new patients, which doesn’t match the reality at all. You also rarely get to see Dr. Bylinski herself. In most cases, you are only seen by an assistant doctor, which wouldn’t necessarily be a problem, except that important issues are not properly followed up. In my case, repeated abnormal test results were not taken seriously. I was told to come back when the main doctor is available, but even after multiple appointments, I either couldn’t see her or, when I finally did, my concerns were dismissed without any proper examination. On another occasion, I came in with something more urgent. I was initially told I would be examined, only to be sent back out with a referral because the doctor was “too busy.” Being told to go to the emergency room if things get worse is not a substitute for proper care. Overall, I feel like I am not being treated properly or taken seriously as a patient. The o

great doctor and people from reception. The doctor listened with understanding and gave me detailed advices. they helped me with the papers to do surgery at the hospital and understanding the german medical system.

Amazing practice and doctor. I went in with acute pain… the staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The doctor was one of the most understanding and empathetic individuals I have met and took the time to really listen to my issues to give me very detailed advice. Highly recommended.

Amazing praxis, the girl at the reception was friendly and helped me schedule an urgent appointment, and I spoke to the doctor very quickly (I has strong pain and infection, so I really needed help asap). Thank you so much!

Due to our doctors office being closed today we had to schedule an appointment with this doctor via the “Bereitschaftsdienst“. My boyfriend was the patient not myself. The doctor did not take a look at my partner since ha hadn’t done a covid test but it’s weird that our doctor did do it with me on Monday without hesitating. Of course we are wearing a mask and not speaking while they check out the throat 🤯 I was asked by the google team to clarify the facts here since the doctors office feels offended by my post. Sorry for you not taking care of patients properly. FYI we had streptococcus, which required antibiotics and you failed to check on my partner that day. Thank you! I’m happy we never have to touch base at this practice ever again.
