We have been going to this practice for more than three years. Dr. Müller is very kind and professional. He takes the time to understand his patients’ problems and always communicates clearly and compassionately. However, they have recently appointed a new doctor, Dr. Celik, and our experience with him has not been positive. He always seems to be in a hurry to finish the appointment. His communication is not very good, and he does not seem to take enough time to fully understand the patient’s concerns. Instead, he gives advice without proper discussion or explanation. I sincerely hope the practice considers making changes, and that Dr. Müller will return soon to take care of his patients with the same care and understanding as before.

Longest waiting I’ve experienced just for blood test, without warning that it could take long time to see the doc, only when asking at the desk after one hour sitting and wondering the receptionist said to sit by the laboratory room where the doctor came skipping the others waiting and have me lectured of why it all takes time saying to me that i could have spared more time since i am unemployed(?!), really rude. And all of these while other people are waiting, making me feel guilty for taking their place only cause i asked how long it would take. Worst experience i have encountered in Berlin with clinics.

Being a foreigner in Germany, i had never felt such a comforting experience before from a doctor. I have been visiting Dr. Müller since i started living in Wedding and he is always so caring and kind. He is a great listner and takes detailed notes of everything. He also remembers his patients. I am very very thankful to have him. I can count on him for every health issue i have anytime anyday.

Never regret having him as a house doctor. Dr. Mueller is definitely so very kind, polite, and competent. He is very gentle and takes time with you. The wait is not long at all to the fact that you can see him without earlier appointment. What is also playing a big role here is the nurses are also very kind and are very smart. They won't waste your time and won't give you hard time. I have spoken German with them so far, but referring to other reviews, they also speak English. Feeling like having family members as house doctor :)

Really great people! Despite me and my wife still not speak German, the staff really tried to communicate, and they were all very friendly. The doctor spoke in English with really good and simple explanations. Dr. Müller is a really nice and charismatic professional, and I’m really thankful for all the help with my wife’s health situation. It was our first clinical experience here in Berlin, and a scary situation turned out to be really relaxed and good.
