Great experience. Asked if I could come in for an emergency visit the day of - mind you, I hadn't been a patient with them -, and they told me "Sure, come in as soon as possible". The receptionist was very friendly and caring, as were the nurse and the doctor who treated me and made sure I was okay. I didn't even have to wait that long. To top it off, I'm a patient with them now. I expected them to tell me something along the lines of "sorry, we can't give you a same-day appointment (or any appointment for that matter) if you're not a patient with us", as some other doctor's offices pointed out on their websites even. They were very friendly, took good care of me, and I'm so glad I'm a patient with this doctor's office now. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not even 1 star they deserve. I have a tumour in my breast, the doctor let me pay for the blood test that I have to do every half a year. Shame! She lied to me that I always need to pay when the AudiBKK said it should be for free for me! They never said to me that I need to show any proof for having tumour, crazy is that I have never needed to pay for any blood test because of my tumour and I said it to the doctor! She clearly didn’t care! The doctor have no empathy and she’s a liar! Disgusting!! Do yourself a favour don’t ever go there!

From setting an appointment to the actual consultation, 5 stars. This Praxis is one of the rarest practices here in Ingolstadt that really care for the patient. Both the medical assistant and the doctor whom I consulted were friendly and professional. As someone whose first language is not German, I always fret when I visit a practice. I always have my DeepL translation app with me. To my surprise, the questionnaire has an English Translation already. It's a first that I have seen ever since I lived here in Germany. That already showed that this practice does not discriminate and in fact, welcome internationals. Of course, I always try my best to speak in German first but when Dr. Freytag saw that I was already struggling, she made me feel comfortable to explain my situation in English. I did not feel rush. I felt the care and empathy. This is how healthcare should be. Unfortunately, it's a rarity nowadays. Thank you for accepting me as a new patient. I'd gladly recommend your praxis to all internationals.

Doctors and staff was really friendly and cooperative. Really recommend for new patients.
