Absolut empfehlenswert! Ein großes Dankeschön an Herrn Panagiotis Woller-Völp von HANSA-FLEX Würzburg. Obwohl es bei mir wirklich nur um eine Kleinigkeit ging, hat er sich viel Zeit genommen, alles genau angeschaut und nachgemessen und sich wirklich bemüht, mir weiterzuhelfen. Genau so einen Service weiß man zu schätzen – freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit, auch wenn es nicht um einen großen Auftrag geht. Vielen Dank für die Unterstützung! Bei zukünftigen Anliegen komme ich auf jeden Fall gerne wieder auf HANSA-FLEX zurück. 👍

Ausgangslage: Am Hydraulikzylinder meines Pkw Kipper-Anhängers ist lt. TÜV etwas undicht und sollte erneuert werden. Der Plan: kurz bei Hansa-Flex nachsehen lassen an welchem Übergang/Fitting etc. das Problem liegt, ich baue es aus und bringe es zur Reparatur. Heute Nachmittag rief ich an und fragte, ob ich aufgrund o.g. Umstands, ohne Termin vorbeikommen könne. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Meister, ginge dies überhaupt nicht, da sie keine Bühne etc. hätten, um sich das Problem von unten anzusehen. Auch hätten sie nichts zum Öl auffangen. Ich teilte mit, dass das nicht nötig sei, da man alles sieht, wenn man die Ladefläche kurz aufpumpt. Auch läuft es nicht literweise aus, sondern es tropft max. 1x pro Min. Dies könnte ich auffangen. Das Nachsehen selber, an welchem Übergang sich die Leckage befindet, würde wohl auch nur 2-3 Min. in Anspruch nehmen. Die lapidare Antwort blieb, "Meister" sagte nein. Kein Nachfragen was eigentlich vorliegt, um was es geht etc. Nur, dass ein Servicewagen zu mir rauskommen könnte. Für das kurze Nachsehen jedoch völlig unverhältnismäßig. Ich frage mich, ob das irgendwie kunden- oder serviceorientiert sein soll. Offensichtlich liegt kein Interesse an solchen
