For beauty and wellness businesses, it is worth asking how long the treatment takes, whether the quoted price includes VAT and what the cancellation policy is. Popular slots fill quickly, so book early. German saunas and thermal baths have their own etiquette: most sauna areas are textile-free (no swimwear), you sit on your towel, you shower before every session, and the Aufguss, the attendant's steam ritual, runs to a posted timetable.

Opening hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 6 am–10 pm. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Hallenbad Ebensee on 0911 540554780; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions, and many businesses also take enquiries and bookings by e-mail or WhatsApp.

Nürnberg is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around Nürnberg is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

Very good place. Friendly english speaking staff. Swimming pool, warm little pool. Three types of sauna: hot Finish sauna, sauna 65°C and steam room. You may enter 2 times as a visitor(5 € for pool or 10 € for pool and sauna), but after that, you have to purchase a membership club card.

Water temperature is ideal for swimming. Only negative side is that it can be crowded sometimes but usually it's ok.

The water temperature is quite warm. A separated shallow pool in the glass house where kids can play water and ... surprisingly the "air" outlets hidden in the bottom can provide "massage" effect, great for people who has neck or back problem.

Great pool for lap swimming.
