Me and my husband are regular here . But today what a bad job they did. My husband hair cut has gone totally wrong. The Guy who does Herren haircut needs more training. So unfriendly , wants to get the job done asap without paying any attention. They lost 2 customers now.

During my first visit to the salon, I had a wonderful experience with the owner personally doing my hair, and I was impressed by the use of Olaplex products, which was very important to me. However, on my second visit, I was attended to by apprentices who were still in training. It felt quite amusing to have three people colouring my hair yet only one of them seemed to have a solid grasp of what they were doing. Unfortunately, I left the salon looking as I hadn’t washed my hair in three days, while still having wet hair and looking like a poodle. Additionally, I've faced issues with booking through Treatwell; the owner frequently cancels my appointments, which prevents me from leaving a review there. While I initially wanted to give a five-star rating after my first visit, this recent experience has led me to feel that even three stars would be generous.

Patricia is just an absolute Hair Artist, I was skeptical and little bit spooked because of a lot of bad experiences (especially in Berlin) but I trusted her because I saw her work on another person, it went even better than my imagination!! Thank you very much, I will absolutely come back there. Also, the place is really calm and the team members are very pleasant and nice. Very recommended!

My first experience was perfect. I scheduled my appointment via the treat well platform. Before the hair cut, I got a massage in the head and neck that helped me to relax. I showed her a picture of mine and she gave me exactly what I expected. I have a curly hair, and the hair dresser Tubi has experience in curly hair cutting. Definetly I will go back to have my hair cut with her.
