Horrible service. Booked over Treatwell and owner wanted to charge me more because the Treatwell price was not enough supposedly. I asked questions to clarify and he was like “you’re giving me attitude”. Then he goes over my hair and says how complicated it will be to dye it because there previously was some gloss over it. No solutions were presented just telling me it’s so complicated to do, and when I asked like I just paid 15€ to come here with the Uber and you’re telling me you can’t do anything he had a little fit acting like a child being like “I don’t want to do your hair. Leave.” I told him I already paid online and he told me you can’t figure that out. So I stayed and he gave it back to me in cash. So unprofessional I have never experienced anything like this. I would rather get a botched haircut for the rest of my life than to ever give this man a single cent. Edit: Man sieht ja den Charakter des Inhabers mit wie er auf negative Bewertungen reagiert. Bin sehr froh jetzt direkt um die Ecke in einen deutlich schöner und vor allem netteren Salon gebucht zu sein. :) Spart euch die Nerven und schenkt respektlosen Unternehmen kein Geld.

Got a terrible haircut here. Had to go to another hair salon to try and fix the mistakes that were made. My hair is mid-length, fine and fairly straight - not a difficult type to cut. Won’t be coming back. I regret not asking for a refund. (The photos were taken at the new hairdresser for reference)

Not even close to what I asked for... they just cut it as they wanted to and charged me way more than the normal price. Used to love my long hair, they just decided to give me the typical hair cut everyone has. Long on top and short on the sides. Totally disappointed. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

Not satisfied with the haircut. I wanted just to have my hair tips and curtain bangs cut, but it was done with no effort at all. The hairdresser missed some strands, the cut is not even. I have also had my hair washed in the salon, but it seems they use poor quality shampoo, because my hair doesn’t look or feel good after it. Long story short, it just felt that that the haircut was done with little effort or interest. I would not recommend this place or go there myself again. # this part of the comment is added later, after the owner answered my comment and said that I am not saying the truth. I attach 4 photos of my haircut as a proof a service I received. As you can see curtain bangs are of totally different length. Also if you are not satisfied with the service provided and left a comment here, be prepared that the owner will be calling you on your personal number at 9 pm and sending messages in WhatsApp (what happened in my situation). Also proof can be provided if necessary

I was quite disappointed after my visit to this salon. Although they are skilled and get the job done, I scheduled my appointment via Treatwell and felt belittled by the owner for selecting the wrong services. They have the options “wash, cut, style” and “wash, cut, style - long hair.” I selected the first one before reading the second option, and was confronted by the owner after my haircut. I even offered to pay the difference between the haircuts, but did not feel welcome. Additionally, don’t bother paying via the Treatwell app because the owner also complained about this. I know of other salons that are available for booking on Treatwell but payment is only possible at the salon in cash, which is fine, but I did not experience transparency at this salon. My overall experience was a let down as I had read such positive reviews.
