We had a really good experience with the whole apartment rental process, and especially with Björn Büser, who was our main contact. Björn was always very kind, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Whenever we had any questions or doubts, he was quick to reply and always took the time to explain things clearly. This made the whole process much less stressful for us, especially as there were quite a few things to clarify before signing the contract. We have now signed the contract and are getting ready to move in, and we’re really happy with how smoothly everything has gone so far. Thank you, Björn, for being so helpful and supportive throughout the process. We really appreciate it and would definitely recommend him!

I recently attended a viewing for property with this company and I want to highlight the great work of the broker, Mr Büser. Immediately when I arrived at the property, Mr Büser was greeting all applicants with a big smile and being very friendly and welcoming. In the apartment, he made sure to speak to each candidate individually and to give everybody their own time to review the rooms, share their feedback and ask questions. I asked many questions and he was happy to support me with them all. He also made sure to explain the application form and process clearly in detail. Trying to navigate the Berlin housing market and process as a foreigner can be quite a stressful situation so thank you to Mr Büser for giving a positive experience!
