Das Essen war absolut lecker – frisch, mit viel Liebe zubereitet und toll präsentiert. Man merkt, dass hier Qualität und Geschmack im Vordergrund stehen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch das Team: super freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen.

Katastrophal. Pute schwimmt in Fett und schmeckt nach Fisch. Absolut eklig.

Wir haben eine vegetarische Mousaka bestellt und vermutlich keine vegetarische erhalten. Außerdem finde ich 20€ dafür sehr teuer für einen Imbiss! Das Essen ist allenfalls in Ordnung. Fleisch war sehr trocken und Essen kam kalt an.

Wir haben Essen über Lieferando bestellt. Als wir insgesamt 1h 10min auf unser Essen gewartet haben, hat sich dies auch in unserer Bewertung auf Lieferando wiedergespiegelt (2 Sterne bei Service). Ca. eine Stunde später rief der Restaurantbesitzer mit sehr erhitztem Gemüt bei mir an und fragte mich weshalb ich ihn so schlecht bewertet habe. Ich habe ihm erklärt, dass die erwartete Lieferzeit (laut Lieferando 25-50 Minuten) überschritten worden ist und ich die Lieferzeit etwas zu lang fand. Daraufhin wurde er immer lauter und wollte mir erklären, dass die bestätigte Lieferzeit von ihm eingehalten worden ist. Auf die gesamte Lieferzeit ging er nur eher beiläufig ein, indem er mir erklärte, dass dies eine ganz normale Lieferzeit sei und dies „alle wissen“. Er war leider für ein sachliches Gespräch nicht bereit und beendete das Gespräch, indem er mir eine falsche Bewertung vorwarf und mitteilte dass er sich an Lieferando wenden wird. Zusätzlich hat er mir angedroht, meine Bestellungen in Zukunft grundsätzlich abzulehnen, da ich keine gute Bewertung abgegeben habe.
