I was blown away by how friendly the staff was. The lady at the meat counter answered all my questions. The guy from the vegetable corner gave me a really good discount on some (2nd class but still very good) vegetables. I was offered help to find the things I was looking for. This is how grocery shopping should be. Highly recommended!

I have gone to this shop multiple times and it has been generally okay. I recently bought a bottle of wine from the store. I left it in my room while I went on vacation and came back to it completely exploded all over my floor. I gave tried emailing the store multiple times over weeks and they have never responded once. I gave them a chance to redeem the themselves but it is clear the store doesn't care about customers. Be careful what you buy here.

Unfortunately I experienced terrible customer service here, which is sad because I really like the products on offer and I mostly buy bio. The man working behind the till was so rude, even by Munich standards. They do not accept card payments. Needless to say, I will not be back.

One of the best organic markets in Munich. Very affordable and the nicest staff which can sometimes be rare to find in Munich. You will not be disappointed here. Don't be afraid to ask at the different counters about the different products if unsure. or just curious.
