Wir wurden sehr gut beraten und konnten lokale Spezialitäten in Dosen kaufen. Die Preise sind überwiegend ok. Nur die 150g Bratwürstchen in der Dose für 8€ sind meiner Meinung nach zu teuer. Zum Geschmack kann ich nichts sagen, da es als Geschenk gedacht ist.

Authentischer Genuss auf hohem Niveau, mit kleinen Abstrichen. Die Gourmet-Metzgerei Wolf ist eine wahre Perle in Nürnberg! Die Auswahl ist klein, aber qualitativ absolut überzeugend. Wir haben uns für ein Frikadellen- und ein Leberkäsbrötchen entschieden und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Frikadelle war außen herrlich kross mit feinen Röstaromen, innen saftig und hervorragend gewürzt. Der Leberkäse kam in einer dicken, butterzarten Scheibe mit aromatischer Kruste. Genau so, wie man ihn sich wünscht. Besonders positiv: Beide Produkte wurden warm serviert und überzeugten durch spürbar hochwertige Fleischqualität. Dazu kommt ein durchweg freundliches Team, das sich auch bei großem Kundenandrang Zeit nimmt und mit einem Lächeln bedient, sehr sympathisch! Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen: Die Brötchen wirkten leider eher standardmäßig und konnten qualitativ nicht mit dem restlichen Angebot mithalten. Mit etwas hochwertigerem Gebäck, wäre das Geschmackserlebnis perfekt und würde das Niveau nochmals anheben. Insgesamt aber ein absolut empfehlenswerter Laden für Alle, die handwerklich gemachte Fleischwaren zu schätzen wissen!
