Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in der Gourmanderie, um als Firma dort unsere Weihnachtsfeier auszutragen und gemeinsam zu kochen. Einfach eine tolle Erfahrung! Das Team von Claude ist super lieb und zeigt, dass jede Person kochen kann.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, am Kochkurs in der Gourmanderie in Berlin teilzunehmen und kann diesen wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Der Kurs fand in einer professionell ausgestatteten Küche statt und wurde von einem sehr erfahrenen und leidenschaftlichen Spitzenkoch Claude Trendel geleitet. Der Kurs begann mit einer Einführung in die Grundlagen der Küche und der Lebensmittelkunde. Claude erklärte uns die unterschiedlichen Zutaten und deren Bedeutung in der Küche, sowie deren Zubereitungsmethoden und Verwendungszwecke. Diese Informationen waren nicht nur hilfreich für den Kurs, sondern auch für den alltäglichen Umgang mit Lebensmitteln. Anschließend ging es an die praktische Umsetzung. Wir bereiteten gemeinsam ein exquisites 4-Gänge-Menü zu, welches nicht nur lecker, sondern auch ästhetisch ansprechend war. Claude stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und gab uns hilfreiche Tipps und Tricks, wie wir das Beste aus unseren Zutaten herausholen konnten. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben war die angenehme Atmosphäre während des Kurses. Claude war nicht nur ein hervorragender Lehrer, sondern auch ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber.
