München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The location is good near to the city area. Good institute, friendly and helpful working staffs. The only thing is too hot in summer. The results out so fast just 3 days after the exam. That's super! Overall I am satisfied with this institute and this event.

Great place to learn German in Munich 🌟 The teachers are top-notch, and the lessons are interactive and engaging. Goethe offers flexible class schedules, which is great if you’re working alongside your studies. It’s definitely value for money. While it’s on the pricier side, they offer a wide range of speaking classes, access to books from their library, and plenty of cultural events. These really help you go beyond the language—meeting new people and seeing things from a different perspective. Facilities are state of the art and they put Edtech into good use. Highly recommended 👍

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Goethe-Institut München while taking my German (Deutsch) exam. The entire process was well organized and ran smoothly. The staff were very friendly and approachable, which made a big difference in reducing exam stress. What I really appreciated was that they also provided information in English whenever needed, making everything much easier to understand. Overall, a professional and welcoming environment—I’d highly recommend taking exams here.

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I registered. The invitation letter was clear and remarkably considerate, even recommending a nearby city library that helped me pass a couple of hours before the exam—super useful for travelers coming from far away. The staff were exceptionally friendly.
