I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our experience at your establishment. After ordering beverages, we were abruptly asked to leave by the owner so the table could be cleared for incoming football spectators. While I understand the need to manage seating capacity during busy periods, the discourteous manner in which we were dismissed was entirely unacceptable. As paying customers, we expected a basic level of hospitality and respect. I hope this feedback encourages a more professional approach to customer service in the future.

Ice cream were okay , I thought one scoop was €2, instead of he said to me 2(in German) I guess it was two scoops and Cash only €3, the portion was probably I would say 1.5 , it was rough looking inside, not worth it, there were more better choices, try to avoid next time , and staff was a little bit rude.

Ice cream was ok, staff was very unattentative. Ordered a vegan flavour and was unknowingly served Joghurt. After a couple bites I asked again if it was vegan as it tasted too creamy and was told by another server that it was Joghurt. I have severe intolerance to milk so not ideal. They corrected it but acted like I was the problem.

The icecream was just ok and nothing special. The service was simply awful since when the shop is full the is only one person to serve all the tables.
