About Geisha Garden

Geisha Garden is a sushi in München, Bayern. It is listed at Alfonsstraße 7, 80636 München, which places it among the local businesses of München that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Google also lists it under japanisches restaurant, pan-asiatisches restaurant, which is worth knowing if you are comparing several options in the area.

For a place to eat or drink in Germany, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open today (many restaurants keep a weekly Ruhetag), does it take reservations for dinner, and does the menu suit your group. Tipping is modest, rounding up or adding 5-10% when you pay, and while cards are accepted in most places, cash is still the safe choice at bakeries, Imbiss stands and beer gardens. Tap water is not served automatically, and bottles you take away carry a Pfand deposit.

Opening hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 11:30 am–2:30 pm. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is 089 69797800. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. Its website is instagram.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.7 out of 5 from 385 reviews, which is a strong result for a sushi in München and suggests consistent service.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around München is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

Absolutely incredible experience! The food was beyond delicious—every bite was bursting with flavor, and the service was truly outstanding. I have never tasted sashimi of such exceptional quality before. The freshness and delicate flavors literally melted in my mouth and created a beautiful harmony of taste. Everything felt so refined and memorable. A must-visit spot for anyone who appreciates amazing food and top-tier service. I will definitely be coming back again!

The restaurant is very nice, with a very strong vibe thanks to its good decoration and subdued atmosphere. The outside terrace looks nice, especially in summer. The rolls are incredible and extremely good at reasonable prices. On the other hand, the hosts weren't very friendly, but that's probably because we didn't speak German.

Definitely a must try experience. Each plate is full of details and different flavors. Besides having variety, they also offer a whole new groovy environment, very inviting. The plates are big and the portions good. The prices were good and fair for the quality of food that you get. You’re offered chopsticks by default but can always request knife and fork. The staff was kind, but it could a while for us to get our food. The restaurant was also super full so I was fine with it. The outside garden is perfect for warmer days and the inside is always nice. The decorations are colorful, lively and traditional at the same time.

What a beautiful place! Absolutely loved the ambiance. Yes the sushi took quite a while to be served however the presentation and taste was worth the wait. The Truffled Beef Roll was indescribable....absolut flavor explosion! Hands down the best sushi roll I've ever had. Definitely will be back to try more. The 4 stars is due to lack of attention by servers.
