Really great service! I will recommend this hair salon to my family and friends. I was offered coffee and enjoyed my time at the salon. My lash artist Margo is just the best lash artist in Munich! Worst haircut in my life! If you are coming with a GROUPON coupon, get ready for a lower service. No smile, no hello, nothing. In addition, my hair was cut terribly, completely not what I asked for. When I raised this to Natalia (the hairdresser) as she was cutting it, she said that most people coming to her ask for a haircut they are not mentally ready for. So she basically blamed me for not being ready for that hairstyle. Stay away from this place, what a disappointment!

Professional and flawless haircut and styling. Lack of hospitality. Not been offered any drinks at arrival or been kindly asked to remove my jacket. The sink where my hair were washed were previously used by another person and not cleaned. I offered to use my own brush for hygienic reasons, the barbar refused, since she was only comfortable to use her own tools.
