Ein Termin hatte meine Tochter und die Mama einen Tag später. Wir waren bei Cindy und wurden sehr gut beraten. Sie hat sich Zeit genommen und all unsere Fragen wurden beantwortet. Zuvorkommend, freundlich und kompetent und zwischendurch auch noch Zeit für ein späßchen. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal da und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch. Zu 100% empfehlenswert!!!

Wir gehen seit fast zwei Jahren regelmäßig zu einer Mitarbeiterin, der beiden Inhaberinnen, etwa alle 5 Wochen. Beim letzten Termin fiel sie leider kurzfristig aus, so übernahm eine der beiden Inhaberinnen. Da wir etwas vor dem Rhythmus dran waren, waren die Haare meines Sohnes noch nicht so lang. Wir baten nur ca 1-2 cm weniger zu schneiden. Darauf lachte sie überheblich, sagte „Ihr seid hier beim Friseur“ und entschied eigenständig meinem 3jährigen Sohn einen komplett anderen Haarschnitt zu machen und locker 5-7 cm zu kürzen. Leider war ich diesmal nicht selbst dabei und konnte nicht eingreifen. Nun hat er einen Haarschnitt wie alle Jungs in dem Alter. Wahrscheinlich den einzigen, den sie schneiden kann. Es ist eine absolute Frechheit, einfach eigenständig über den Wunsch des Kunden etwas völlig anderes zu machen. Ein Erwachsener hätte sich das wohl nicht gefallen lassen. Genau so überheblich wie sie in der Öffentlichkeit auftreten, so benehmen sie sich auch im Laden. Absolut ungerechtfertigt, wie man auch an ihnen selbst sieht und lächerlich so ein Benehmen. Obwohl wir sehr zufrieden mit der Mitarbeiterin waren, werden wir nicht mehr wiederkommen, weil ich diesen Laden nicht meh

Ich bin super zufrieden. Nicole nimmt sich immer all die Zeit die für meine Haare auch echt nötig sind. Die Strähnen sind toll geworden. Sie achtet auch sehr darauf meine Haare nicht so doll zu schädigen und ist sehr behutsam mit der Blondierung. Blondieren und Strähnen kann wirklich nicht jeder. Immer wieder gerne und empfehle ich ganz klar weiter.
