Atmosphere wasn't great. Service was ok. The fries weren't Belgium fries, what was served was cooked just once.

My favorite burger fast food place in Koeln. From the entrance service, to the nicest and fastest burger service I have seen, (^^) it was a really good idea to come eat here. The atmoshere here is also really nice, there are art works, a space for children to play and the space is well arranged. I got a Freddy Cheeseburger with a veggie patty which was a great substitute :) my friend got a pineapple burger with a mushroom patty, both were insanely uniquely delicious. With it I drank a Schwarze Johannisbeere Schorle, I would as well recommend ;) Special thanks to Sasha who took our order and served us. She was the sweetest and fastest worker I have seen :) I would go back to this Freddy Chilling specially for the excellent service.

Awesome burgers <3 really nice place to hang out in Köln. Shoutout to Sasha for the perfect service. Will definitely come back !

Lovely burger place! Nearly everything was also available in gluten free (and the gf burger buns tasted actually good and didn’t fall to bits!). Food and staff were great. They also have a play area for kids in the back with a toy kitchen, books and much more. Bathrooms were clean and both male and female seemed to have changing facilities available. Highly recommend and we will most certainly be back!

Very casual burger place. The smash burger was FANTASTIC! Very well spiced and not overcooked. The pickles on the burger were even good! The fries were also very good and house made. The staff is friendly and there’s plenty of seating. There’s even a kids table with activities in the back corner.
