Wenn ich die Hilfe der Ärztinnen brauche, kann ich jederzeit auch ohne Termin kommen. Klar muss man dann Zeit einplanen. Die Behandlung durch das zuarbeitende Personal ist immer freundlich und kompetent. Frau Dr. Reshetnik nimmt sich Zeit und bisher bin ich immer zufrieden aus der Praxis gegangen. Als Stammpatient habe ich auch die Möglichkeit im Notfall zu Fr. Dr. Schneider zu gehen, was ein großer Vorteil ist. Ich kann über diese Aztpraxis nur Gutes berichten.

Ich habe selten eine Praxis erlebt, in der man sich als Patient so unerwünscht fühlt. Freundlichkeit scheint hier ein Fremdwort zu sein – sowohl am Empfang als auch beim Arzt selbst. Auf Fragen wird genervt reagiert, man wird abgefertigt, als sei man eine lästige Störung, und eine respektvolle Kommunikation findet schlicht nicht statt. Wer Wert auf einen menschlichen und professionellen Umgang legt, sollte sich dringend eine andere Praxis suchen.

Frau Reshetnik . ist eine sehr freundliche und kompetente Hausärztin. Sie nimmt sich immer viel Zeit für meine Anliegen, hört aufmerksam zu und erklärt alles verständlich. Man fühlt sich ernst genommen und gut aufgehoben. Auch das Praxisteam ist stets hilfsbereit und freundlich. I called and after asking if the secretary speaks english she said "no", I asked if she could ask someone who could help me to schedule an appointment she just hang up the phone
