Ich schreibe eigentlich keine Rezensionen, aber sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt; ich habe mich wie andere Rezensenten hier wie bei versteckter Kamera gefühlt, so bizarr war die Situation. Es müssen zwei alte Heizkörper getauscht werden, ich hatte per Mail mit Fotos angefragt, mir wurde vom Sekretariat die Durchführung der Arbeiten zugesagt und schon einige Details vorab besprochen. Auf meine aktive Nachfrage wurde sich dazu durchgerungen, zwei Wochen später eine Besichtigung vorab durchzuführen: Herr König kam in die Wohnung, warf einen Blick auf die Heizkörper und sagte einfach "Nein", drehte sich um und verließ die Wohnung ohne weiteren Kommentar. Auf meinen Ruf nach einer Erklärung im Treppenhaus ihm hinterher folgte nur "die Anschlüsse müssen sarniert werden, mach ich nicht" und er verschwand durch die Haustür.

Sowohl in der Kommunikation vorher als auch dann währenddessen hat alles super funktioniert & das Problem wurde schnell behoben!

We contacted Frank König of Heizungskoenig about doing the plumbing for a kitchen/bathroom renovation. He didn't call or show up to the first appointment, but we made a second appointment anyway. The second appointment was so bizarre it was almost hilarious, and I kept waiting for the hidden camera crew to jump out. Mr König arrived with a colleague 15 minutes early for his 7.30am appointment, greeting us with the goading comment of "Oh, is it too early for you?", and proceeded to say "no" to literally every single thing we brought up--even things that weren't related to the plumbing and that we had already spoke with other contractors and architects about. After pretending to measure things with their tape measures and saying "no" a few more times, they actually shut the bathroom door on my husband and stormed out the front door without even concluding the conversation. We were left speechless and could only laugh at the worst and most unprofessional service we've ever experienced. If they weren't interested in taking the job in the first place, why did they waste their own time? Needless to say, we cannot recommend Frank König GmbH.

Due to a pipe leakage in the bathroom, my partner contacted the Frank König neighborhood business. It was the second time that my partner and I had contacted Mr. König. His response over the phone was, and I quote:"not that bathroom again." We were then told that we will receive an offer for the repairs. Four months later and about 5 phonecalls made to inquire about the repair offer, the owner of the business, Mr. Frank König has yet to contact us or inform us that his services are not available. Consequently, my partner and I contacted a second business regarding the bathroom repairs. The response was prompt and the repairs are ongoing. I would personally not contact Mr. Frank König's business again, nor would I recommend its services to others.
