Die Bratwurst die ich heute auf dem Markt gegessen habe hat lediglich nach altem Fett geschmeckt. Von Salz keine Spur. Mir war danach 3 h übel. Sollte Mal das Gewerbeaufsichtsamt überprüfen. Und dafür noch 3,30 zu verlangen was in der Herstellung einschließlich alter Semmel 1 Euro kostet ist eine Frechheit. Leider muss man hier mindestens einen Stern vergeben definitiv einer zuviel.

Sehr gute Wurstwaren und eine leckere heiße Theke. Freundliches Personal, dass sich auskennt! Gott-sei-Dank, dass es noch solche guten Metzger gibt und nicht nur die Supermarktwurst.

Die Bratwürste die auf dem Markt in Coburg verkauft werden schmecken nach nichts. Auch die Brötchen sind sehr hart. Es war auch nicht möglich nur ein Brötchen für das Kind zu kaufen. Bei anderen Bratwurstständen ist das kein Problem. Das Personal war auch sehr unfreundlich.

Kenne diese Metzgerei schon seit vielen Jahren. Die Qualität ist immer super und das Team sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Auswahl, auch für ein schnelles Frühstück reichhaltig und perfekt. Auch warme Speisen werden an der heißen Theke vorgehalten.
