It unfortunately became impossible to use the gym. It’s always far too crowded, to a point that you cannot find a single machine available. The heat is unbearable, there’s no single stream of fresh air - the few fans are just a joke. Unless you go after 22h or before 08h, it’s really a nightmare - will have to cancel my membership

Staff and equipment are great. Showers... still broken :( Every time they get "fixed" they only work for a couple of weeks and go back to broken.

Its almost perfect gym except for peak summer months. If you like weight train there is more than enough place and equipment. But for cardio it can get a little crowded during peak hours.

I have had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences ever with FitX. When I tried to cancel my membership during the COVID lockdown, nobody at FitX responded to my emails or answered my calls. I repeatedly reached out for months and got absolutely no support. The only time I received any reaction was after posting a public Google review out of frustration. Even then, they replied publicly but never actually solved anything. Years later, out of nowhere, I am being chased by a debt collection agency for hundreds of euros for a membership I had tried to cancel and for services I never used. FitX simply ignored all communication and now hides behind their external collection company. Their customer service is completely unresponsive and careless, and their process for cancellations is absolutely unreliable. This whole situation has caused months of stress for no valid reason. Anyone considering joining FitX should think twice. If you ever need help, want to cancel, or face an issue, you may end up in the same situation.

This gym's overall quality has declined significantly over the past 1-2 years. In summer, it's unbearably hot and humid inside, there’s NO WORKING AIR CONDITIONING , and the SEALED WINDOWS make ventilation impossible. The response from staff is that Air conditioning isn’t included in the membership and windows can't be opened due to hot air outside, which is absurd. The remote control device for the FANs can't be found by the staff, they must write to the owner to ask where they are kept, and it would take a day or two to get answer, and the same story every time. The indoor temperature often feels hotter and more humid than outside, making it feel like a sauna rather than a workout space. In addition, equipment maintenance is poor. Treadmills and lockers are frequently out of order, and maintenance is slow. It’s also become overcrowded, workouts have become increasingly uncomfortable. Courses were the gym’s only strong point, which is what brought me here in the first place. However, many experienced instructors have left, the quality and effectiveness of these classes have dropped noticeably. I would not recommend this gym.
