Perfect place to train. The equipment selection is exactly what you need, and it’s not easy to find a gym with such a complete range of Technogym machines. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. A real place for serious training, not just for marketing.

The only reason this gym gets 3 stars from me, is that the bar is so incredibly low when it comes to gyms in Munich. The pros: this place is usually not crazy packed, it has a chill atmosphere, not too many fit girls and boys watching themselves in the mirror, it’s very much community based, with a diverse and usually respectful crowd. The personnel is relatively kind too, as much as you can expect in down-to-earth Munich. But the pros kind of end there. The equipment is not that new, but okayish, I guess. There is little of it though. Many important machines, like the leg squat, there’s only one of them, so even when it’s not busy, that thing is often occupied. Same goes for chest press machine, etc. The owner seems so save on anything special, including cleaning, because there’s always lots of dust lying around, as you can see in the picture. And that’s not an exception, it always looks like they don’t even vacuum the floors. Which makes me kind of worried about if they ever clean the equipment. As with many gyms in Munch, the air quality is quite abysmal. If someone doesn’t use deodorant (which Germans are afraid of it often seems…), the entire place will reek. All of this would

The best gym classes I have attended were at Munich Gym! This place was just perfect from day one and for the entire year I lived in Munich. The classes include Les Mills Body Combat, Pump, Attack and Step - all enjoyable and clear to follow even with my A1/A2 German :) because of the talented and friendly instructors. I joined in person and online when I was away. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. You kept me motivated after work and during the weekends! I will definitely visit again.

Great gym. It has all the machines for strength training, different sets of weights and a lot of machines for cardio as well. The gym is somewhat overpriced but the proximity is what made me choose it. There are a lot of classes as well but in German.
