TOP !!! Es wird sich Zeit genommen und auf Fragen eingegangen. Da fühlt man sich gut beraten und informiert. Die große Auswahl an Produkten, macht es perfekt. Sehr zu empfehlen !

I bought a pair of gloves on the Saturday, they weren't cheap and by the following Thursday the stitching was coming away, in 3 separate places. I took them back and politely asked for my money back, I was told I could only exchange them for another pair. What's the point of having another pair of low quality gloves that won't last 5 days. The young girl in the shop then phoned her father, who said ' I could have a credit note', but there was nothing else in the shop that interested me. He wouldn't speak to me directly. I had to settle for a pair of gloves, which were not what I wanted. As I was leaving Bayreuth the next day, it was either that or nothing. This is not a good way to run a reliable business. Be careful what you buy from this shop, as you will not be given any respect once they have your money.
