Massive gym with state-of-the-art equipment. Amazing facilities where you can always complete your workout smoothly, even during peak hours! Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Highly recommend asking for Alex—he's incredibly polite and explains everything perfectly!

The facilities at this gym keep getting worse. Today, the holder for my water bottle and phone on the treadmill was broken, causing my bottle to fall and spill water everywhere. When I reported it, the staff told me that I should always check if the equipment is ok before placing my belongings on it. I find that completely unreasonable. If a machine is damaged, it should be clearly marked so no one uses it. Someone could easily drop and break their phone or a glass bottle, which could injure people. On top of that, the staff’s attitude has become worse, the showers and machines are often out of order, and the waiting time for equipment is far too long. Ever since this gym changed its management and name, the overall quality has significantly declined.

Very large and well equipped gym. One almost never has to wait for machines even when it's crowded. Sometimes there is no warm water in the showers, but relatively rarely.

Terrible experience. I won’t be back. The only good thing about this gym is that it’s big, with several floors and a lot of machines. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The gym looks ugly and poorly maintained. The machines are really old and dirty, which makes the whole place feel unpleasant and unmotivating to train in. On top of that, there are way too many people recording themselves while working out, which is very annoying. Many people also train without towels, making the hygiene situation even worse. Overall, a horrible experience. I definitely won’t return.

Good morning. I am a member of the Nuremberg unit, but I am extremely unhappy with the quality of the service offered at the unit, many broken equipment and many weeks without repairs, days when there is no hot water for showering. Today, for example, at the entrance to the fitness studio I was informed that the bathroom with the lockers were locked for maintenance and that I would have to train carrying my backpack everywhere and after training I would have to alternate the only 2 showers available with the entire gym (men and women together), ABSURD. If I remember that now I am paying almost 40 euros per month, because every year they increase the price of the monthly fee, claiming that they will maintain the quality of the service. And these things happen. Let's have more respect for customers.
