Most friendly and welcoming staff!! I was visiting the gym for the first time preparing to spend money on a day pass but was told that I could get a free training pass if I registered. Got a free towel as well since I did not bring my own. The gym it self was a bit cramped especially when there’s more than 50% full but had all the equipment you’d expect.

This has been my gym for over a year now. I do like it, people are nice, always clean and the sauna area is very nice. The huge minus, they don’t have air conditioning! At this price point they should. In my home country I paid 1/4 of the price and they had air conditioning throughout the whole place. At 100€ per month I think it is inconceivable that they don’t have air conditioning in a gym, especially knowing how hot summer in Germany has gotten.

Great gym with a very positive atmosphere. The team is attentive and approachable. The wellness area stands out, it’s genuinely therapeutic and a great way to unwind and reset. While the space is smaller compared to some other Fitness First locations, it actually works in its favor by keeping things less crowded and more comfortable. Overall, a well-balanced gym with a great vibe.

There is dishonest advertisement to say the least, finish reading if you are considering signing up for the 4 weeks package to try out: I signed up for the 4 week option on their website to try out the place, over the weekend during the only time I could go it was too crowded, classes were overbooked so I decided to let it run out for the month and not renew. Interesting news is that it does not run out after 4 weeks, it will continue to deduct from your account, in the end I paid 300 Euros from Feb 2 to Mar 25, that’s 38 euros per week, not 29.9. Think tripple before you sign up anything and without reading thoroughly the fine print.

Update after 6 months: my favourite gym in Munich. All gyms can get busy but they also have their quiet hours. People who choose to live in a city need to understand this. The team is super nice and the facilities are great. Awesome experience and a very friendly team. Nice facilities and a lot of space.
