Bei der ersten Anfrage wurde zeitnah geantwortet, nach Bezahlung der Rechnung blieb die letzte Frage an die Anwältin unbeantwortet. Trotzdem stellten wir Monate später eine erneute Anfrage zu einem anderen Anliegen, nach 4 Monaten immer noch keine Reaktion obwohl uns versichert wurde das sich zeitnah jemand meldet. Eigentlich wäre nur 1 Stern gerechtfertigt, der Umstand das jedoch der erste Kontakt "relativ" gut verlief lassen jedoch 2 Sterne zu.

Enttäuschende Erfahrung mit Ferling Rechtsanwälte in München Meine Erfahrung mit Ferling Rechtsanwälte war leider sehr negativ. Nachdem ich bereits in der ersten Instanz eine Klage verloren hatte, suchte ich kompetente rechtliche Unterstützung für die Berufung – leider war diese Kanzlei die falsche Wahl. Anfangs wurde mir noch Hoffnung gemacht, sodass wir gemeinsam beschlossen, in Berufung zu gehen. Doch kurze Zeit später kam eine negative Rückmeldung mit der Empfehlung, die Berufung zurückzuziehen. Was folgte, war extrem frustrierend: Keine Reaktion auf E-Mails, keine Rückrufe und keinerlei Kommunikation seitens der Kanzlei. Als Mandant fühlt man sich hier ignoriert und nicht ernst genommen. Schlechte Erreichbarkeit, mangelnde Kommunikation und fehlende Verlässlichkeit – genau das habe ich hier erlebt. Ich dachte, meine vorherige Kanzlei war schon schlecht, doch Ferling Rechtsanwälte hat mich eines Besseren belehrt. Wer auf professionelle und zuverlässige Rechtsberatung in München hofft, sollte sich besser eine andere Kanzlei suchen.
