I dont know if less than one star Rating would have been possible i would surely give that. I and one of my friend were there. The room that they provided was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than the room they showed in the pictures on Agoda. Matress were ver cheap quality and so were the beddings and blankets and pillows. Both of the beds were broken and we haveto shift and adjust them again and again. There was no handsoap in the apartment available no Toilett paper was available and only one single dim light in the main area. The shower was rusted and no one could even shower. Room was very much ugly all over it was dust and small particles of garbage and the table with the TV and remote was very disastorous like it was not cleaned for ages. There was no cubboard given to put clothes only one stand with 3 broken hangers. And when asked with the reception they told that they were there only for keys no other problem can they solve. Will not recommend at any cost please dont go at any cost !!!!!!!

The room was extremely dirty and clearly never been cleaned. It was full of dirt and. This is completely unacceptable, as it poses a serious hygiene risk and could expose guests to diseases or infections. I would never recommend this place to anyone. 🤮🤮🤮

Horrible! Regret of my entire existence. There was nothing to like. I regret to stay there. I left the hotel one day early. I couldn't bear the situation. don't even dare to stay in this accommodation. Everything needs to be changed. The bedsheet was dirty. Toilets were full of insects, toilet seat was coming loose, no tissue, no towel, no amnesties. The doors have gaps. Everything is visible from outside. Room was not soundproof.

1) Misleading Listing: The booking was advertised as entire apartments, but they are actually shared rooms in a guest house. This is a blatant misrepresentation! 2) Unresponsive Owner: The mysterious owner is impossible to reach. Calls go unanswered, and messages via the booking platform are ignored. There's zero support! 3) Filthy Property: The property is in a deplorable state, worse than a public restroom. The photos speak for themselves. B*oo*king offered no help even after an hour and a half on the phone. The reservation is non-cancellable, and the property remains dirty. No toilet paper, no cleaning – it’s unacceptable! 4) Non-Functional Amenities: The TV is useless – no power cable, no remote control, and no one to assist. It's purely decorative. False Advertising: This place is nowhere near downtown. The entire experience felt like a scam. Stay away!

Very bad, don't go here! Terrible room quality and unfriendly hosts. When we arrived to the appartment the door did not open, we wiggled it to try to open it and the whole door came loose. Then my friend sat on his bed and it instantly broke! We went to tell the receptionist and he said he couldn't help us and we had to fill in a form! So my friend had to sleep on the floor. There were several other room issues as well. Worst yet, after checking out the hotel owner called us angry, threatening to involve the police cause he blamed us for the damage to the door and bed! He refused to listen to our side of the story and demanded €450 compensation!!! We feel that they are trying to scam us. Very bad experience for all of us, I strongly recommend to find another place to sleep.
